The area consists of three Safer Neighbourhood Teams (SNTs). Each team, based at the single site of Adwick Police Station, consists of Police Officers, Police Community Support Officers (PCSOs) and Doncaster Council Neighbourhood Officers. The Neighbourhood Officers currentley work at local DMBC bases, but have regular contact with the team and St Leger colleagues to address a full range of public concerns.
A number of changes are currently underway as a result of the Comprehensive Spending Review that affect several aspects of how the teams will in future work together. As these develop this site will be updated to reflect changes in locality bases and contact numbers.
The North SNTs provide communities with a dedicated team of staff who are visible, accessible and known to local people. They work closely with partner agencies (statutory and voluntary) and the local community to tackle the crime and disorder concerns and issues identified within the neighbourhoodFeel free to feel safe in your neighbourhood!
