Staff from Rother Valley South safer Neighbourhood Team continuously endeavour to provide an accessible and visible service to the communities we serve.
Our aim is to provide a coherent and proactive approach to community policing, thereby reducing the demand on reactive policing resources.
The excessive and illicit consumption of alcohol is often a common denominator in Anti-Social Behaviour. This can then result in people engaging in actions and behaviour which, under normal circumstances they would not undertake. Inevitably this can create alarm, harassment and distress to others and sometimes lead to individuals carrying out criminal activities.
