Chronicle reporter Adam Guest joined us for a recent test purchasing operation in Hoyland and the surrounding areas. The operation was a success as all but one of the premises tested refused to serve any alcohol to the underage purchasers. Both Pubs and Off Licences were tested on this occasion. A successful operation proves that the local pubs and off licences aren't serving alcohol to local kids A lot of kids we speak to are bringing it from their homes - please be aware that this may lead to anti-social behaviour for someone else, if kids take alcohol out with them from home!
