8th December 2011 - At the PACT meeting held this evening, residents were given information about the issue of vehicle crime in this area. This consists of theft from unattended motor vehicles, usually overnight. Directed patrols have been carried out Police and partner agencies in recent weeks. Residents were given advice about securing their vehicles and not leaving property on display. Advice was also given about storing vehicles overnight in a garage, where possible. It was agreed to adopt this as a priority.

9th December 2011 - PCSO Fletcher and PCSO Turton carried out foot patrols of the locality this afternoon and evening. Attention was paid to parked and unattended vehicles left in a vulnerable state with property on show. 4 owners were spoken to and advised accordingly. Doncaster Council Neighbourhood Response Team carried out mobile patrols of the estate

10th December 2011 - PCSO Fletcher and PCSO Turton carried out foot patrols in the hotspot area this afternoon and evening. 5 vehicles were found unattended and left with property on show. Owners were advised accordingly.

11th December 2011 - Armthorpe SNT officers patrolled the estate, paying particular attention to vehicles that were left parked and unattended.  DMBC's Neighbourhood Response Team patrolled the area through the night.

12th December 2011 - DMBC's Neighbourhood Response Team patrolled the area Reports were received of several vehicles being entered and searched in Thorpe Hall Road (Toyota Rav 4) , Longfield Drive (Audi), Edencroft Drive (Ford Fiesta), Hartland Crescent (Honda CRV). Nothing was stolen. A BMW was also entered in Eden Grove Road. A quantity of compact discs and copper metal was stolen from the vehicle

13th December 2011 - DMBC's Neighbourhood Response Team patrolled the area through. No reports were received.

14th December 2011 - PCSO Fletcher and PCSO Turton carried out foot patrols of the locality this afternoon and evening. Attention was paid to parked and unattended vehicles left in a vulnerable state with property on show. 3 owners were spoken to and advised accordingly. Doncaster Council Neighbourhood Response Team carried out mobile patrols of the estate.  No reports were received.

15th December 2011 - PCSO Fletcher and PCSO Turton carried out foot patrols of the locality this afternoon and evening. 16th December 2011 - Overnight last night, entry was gained to an unlocked vehicle in The Boulevard, Edenthorpe. Nothing was stolen. Residents are reminded to ensure that they lock their vehicle when it is parked unattended. A Citroen C2 was entered on Athelstane Crescent and then moved off the drive into the road. A search was made of the vehicle by the offenders and a small amount of cash stolen. A Citroen Picasso was entered overnight in Locksley Avenue and an amount of confectionery stolen from inside.

17th and 18th December 2011 - Doncaster Council Neighbourhood Response Team patrolled the hotspot locations overnight, alongside patrol officers from South Yorkshire Police. No incidents were reported or discovered.

19th December 2011 - PCSO Fletcher and PCSO Turton carried out foot patrols of the hotspot locations during the day. 2 vehicles were found in a vulnerable state with property on show and the owners were advised. No incidents were reported or discovered.

20th December 2011 - PCSO Fletcher and PCSO Turton carried out foot patrols of the area today. No incidents were reported or discovered.

21st December 2011 - PCSO Turton and PCSO Fletcher carried out foot patrols of the hotspot locations during the day today. Overnight patrols were also carried out by Doncaster Council Neighbourhood Response Team. No incidents were reported or discovered.

22nd December 2011 - PCSO Turton and PCSO Fletcher carried out vulnerable vehicle checks during the day in this area. 8 vehicles were noted in a vulnerable state, with property left on show. Owners were advised accordingly. No incidents were reported or discovered.

23rd December 2011 - PCSO Turton and PCSO Fletcher carried out foot patrols of the hotspot locations during the day today. Overnight patrols were also carried out by Doncaster Council Neighbourhood Response Team. No incidents were reported or discovered.

24th December 2011 - Patrols were carried out by South Yorkshire Police officers and Doncaster Council Neighbourhood Response Team. No incidents were reported or discovered.

25th December 2011 - Patrols were carried out by South Yorkshire Police officers. No incidents were reported or discovered.

26th December 2011 - Patrols were carried out by South Yorkshire Police officers. No incidents were reported or discovered.

27th December 2011 - Patrols were carried out by South Yorkshire Police officers and Doncaster Council Neighbourhood Response Team. No incidents were reported or discovered.

28th December 2011 - Armthorpe SNT Officers carried out patrols in the hotspot area.  Patrols were also carried out by South Yorkshire Police officers and Doncaster Council Neighbourhood Response Team.  A report was received from Longfield Drive of a female acting suspiciously, the female had left the area prior to the Police being informed.

29th December 2011 - Armthorpe SNT Officers carried out patrols in the hotspot area.  Patrols were also carried out by South Yorkshire Police officers and Doncaster Council Neighbourhood Response Team.  No incidents were reported or discovered.

30th December 2011 - Armthorpe SNT Officers carried out patrols in the hotspot area.  Patrols were also carried out by South Yorkshire Police officers and Doncaster Council Neighbourhood Response Team.  No incidents were reported or discovered.

31st December 2011 - The area was patrolled by South Yorkshire Police officers and Doncaster Council Neighbourhood Response Team.  No incidents were discovered or reported

2nd January 2012 - The area was patrolled by South Yorkshire Police officers and Doncaster Council Neighbourhood Response Team.  No incidents were discovered or reported.

3rd January 2012 - PCSO Turton and PCSO Fletcher carried out foot patrols of the hotspot locations today. 3 vulnerable vehicles were noted with property left on show. The owners were advised. The combination of Police and partner agency patrols in this area have successfully reduced the levels of vehicle crime in this area. These patrols will continue.

4th January 2012 - PCSO Turton and PCSO Fletcher carried out foot patrols of the hotspot locations today. 2 vulnerable vehicles were noted and the owners advised accordingly. No incidents were reported or discovered.

5th January 2012 - PCSO Turton and PCSO Fletcher carried out foot patrols of the area during the day today. No incidents were reported or discovered. Doncaster Council Neighbourhood Response Team also patrolled overnight.

6th January 2012 - PCSO Turton and PCSO Fletcher carried out foot patrols of the area today. No incidents were reported or discovered. Doncaster Council Neighbourhood Response Team also patrolled overnight.  Further away, on Sunnybank, Edenthorpe an attempt burglary was reported, no entry was gained.

7th January 2012 - PCSO Turton and PCSO Fletcher carried out foot patrols of the area today. No incidents were reported or discovered. Doncaster Council Neighbourhood Response Team also patrolled overnight. 

8th January 2012 - The area was patrolled by South Yorkshire Police officers and Doncaster Council Neighbourhood Response Team.  A Honda was entered and searched on Longfield Drive, nothing appears to have been stolen.

9th January 2012 - The area was patrolled by South Yorkshire Police officers and Doncaster Council Neighbourhood Response Team, a Mitsubishi was stolen from from Longfield Drive, this was later recovered in Armthorpe.

10th January 2012 - The estate was patrolled by Police officers and Doncaster Council Neighbourhood Response Team, nothing was seen or heard and no reports received.

11th January 2012 - PCSO Turton and PCSO Fletcher carried out foot patrols of the area today. No incidents were reported or discovered. Doncaster Council Neighbourhood Response Team also patrolled overnight. 

12th January 2011 - PCSO Fletcher and PCSO Turton carried out foot patrols of the area this afternoon. Checks were made for vulnerable and unattended vehicles. No incidents were reported or discovered.

13th January 2011 -At the PACT meeting held this evening, residents were updated about this priority and it was agreed to retain this for a further month. PCSO Fletcher and PCSO Turton carried out patrols. No incidents were reported or discovered.

14th and 15th January 2012 - Patrols were carried out by Armthopre Safer Neighbourhood Team and Doncaster Council Neighbourhood Response Team. A Toyota Celica windscreen was damaged in Fountain Close overnight 13th January. The same night, an Audi was entered in the same street and a satellite navigation system stolen. A Ford Mondeo was entered in Ecton Court, overnight 12th-13th January 2012, a quantity of cash and a pair of sunglasses were stolen. The same evening, a Ford van and a Citroen were entered at the same address in Studley Gardens. Cash and a satellite navigation system were stolen. In addition, a Nissan Quashqai was entered in Studley gardens the same evening. An I-Pod was stolen from within.

16th January 2012 - PCSO Fletcher and PCSO Turton carried out foot patrols of the area this afternoon. Checks were made for vulnerable and unattended vehicles. No incidents were reported or discovered.

17th-18th January 2012 - PCSO Fletcher and PCSO Turton carried out foot patrols of the area this afternoon. Checks were made for vulnerable and unattended vehicles. No incidents were reported or discovered.

19th January 2012  - PCSO Fletcher and PCSO Turton carried out foot patrols of the locality today. 5 vulnerable vehicles were located and the owners notified. No incidents were reported or discovered.

20th January 2012 - PCSO Fletcher and PCSO Turton carried out foot patrols of the area this afternoon. Checks were made for vulnerable and unattended vehicles. No incidents were reported or discovered

21st and 22nd January 2012 - PCSO Fletcher and PCSO Turton carried out foot patrols of the area this afternoon. Checks were made for vulnerable and unattended vehicles. No incidents were reported or discovered.

23rd January 2012 - PCSO Fletcher and PCSO Turton carried out foot patrols of the hotspot locations this afternoon and into the evening. 6 vehicles were noted in a vulnerable state with property left on show. The owners were informed.

24th January 2012 - PCSO Fletcher and PCSO Turton carried out foot patrols of the area this afternoon. Checks were made for vulnerable and unattended vehicles. No incidents were reported or discovered.

25th January 2012 - High visibility patrols were carried out by PCSO Fletcher and PCSO Turton throughout the day and evening, a report was received of a vehicle being stolen from the Tesco car park, however this was not the case as the owner had forgotten where it was parked.  Police officers and Doncaster Council Neighbourhood Response Team officers patrolled through the night, no other incidents were discovered or reported.

26th January 2012 - High visibility patrols were carried out by PCSO Fletcher and PCSO Turton throughout the day and evening.  Police officers and Doncaster Council Neighbourhood Response Team officers patrolled through the night, no incidents were discovered or reported.

27th January 2012 - High visibility patrols were carried out by PCSO Fletcher and PCSO Turton throughout the day and evening, a vehicle was seen driving on Tesco Fields, enquiries ongoing to identify and speak to the driver .  Police officers and Doncaster Council Neighbourhood Response Team officers patrolled through the night.  No other incidents were reported of discovered.

28th + 29 January 2012 - Police officers and Doncaster Council Neighbourhood Response Team officers patrolled through the night, no incidents were discovered or reported.

30th January 2012 - Police officers and Doncaster Council Neighbourhood Response Team officers patrolled the area.  Overnight 2 out buildings were attacked on Eden Croft Drive, in one a motorcycle was stolen, in the other no entry was gained.

31st January 2012 - Armthorpe SNT officers patrolled the area today, checking for vulnerable unattended vehicles. No incidents were reported or discovered.  

1st February 2012 - PCSO Fletcher and Sgt Clark carried out foot patrols in the locality today. Area Officer Karen McDonald (DMBC) carried out vulnerable vehicle checks and 18 were identified.

2nd February 2012 - At the PACT meeting held today, residents were updated about this priority. In view of the continuing problems with vehicle crime, it was agreed to retain this as a priority for us to concentrate upon. PCSO Turton and PCSO Fletcher carried out patrols and checks of the hotspot area today. No incidents were reported or discovered.

3rd February 2012 - PCSO Fletcher and PCSO Turton identified 5 vulnerable vehicles during the course of their patrols in the area today. The owners were informed and advised.

4th February 2012 - PCSO Fletcher and PC Satterley patrolled the hotspot area this afternoon and evening. No incidents were reported, but two vulnerable vehicles were noted and the owners advised.

5th February 2012 -Plain clothes officers carried out patrols of the area overnight. Checks were also made on the home addresses of local known criminals to identify their whereabouts.

6th February 2012 - Plain clothes patrols once again carried out overnight -no incidents were reported or discovered.

8th February 2012 - PCSO Turton and PCSO Fletcher carried out patrols of the area this afternoon and noted 2 vulnerable vehicles. Checks were made of local scrapyards for stock recently weighed in. PC Satterley carried out mobile patrols, stopping a number of individuals for enquiries into local crime issues. No incidents were reported. Plain clothes officers once again patrolled overnight.

9th February 2012 - PCSO Fletcher and PCSO Turton carried out patrols of the area this afternoon and evening. No incidents were reported or discovered, helped by the snowfall.

10th-12th February 2012 - Patrols carried out by PCSO Fletcher and PCSO Turton over this period. No incidents were reported or discovered. Additional patrols were carried out by uniform and non uniformed officers over the weekend.

13th February 2012  - PCSO Turton and PCSO Fletcher carried out foot patrols of the locality today. Checks were made at local scrap yards for items weighed in recently. No offences were disclosed or reported.

14th February 2012 - PC Satterley, PCSO Turton and PCSO Fletcher carried out patrols in the area today, making checks for vulnerable vehicles. No incidents were reported or discovered.

15th February 2012 - PC Satterley, PCSO Turton and PCSO Fletcher carried out mobile and foot patrols in the locality today. Off road motorcyclists from South Yorkshire Police carried out checks of the area aswell, including wooded areas and hotspots for motorcycle nuisance.

16th February 2012 - Foot patrols carried out by PCSO Fletcher and PCSO Turton today. Overnight patrols and checks were carried out by patrol officers and the Neighbourhood Response Team. No offences were reported or discovered.

17th February-20th February 2012 - Patrols were carried out by Armthorpe Safer Neighbourhood Team and patrol staff during the day and overnight. 8 vulnerable vehicles were noted during these patrols. Items such as satellite navigation equipment, bags, wallets, money were left visible for opportunist thieves. The owners have been advised.

21st February 2012 - Foot patrols in the area were carried out by PCSO Fletcher and PCSO Turton.  A report of a fire was received from Far Field Close and was attended by South Yorkshire Fire and Rescue, they dealt with leaves on fire, there was no damage caused.  A Land Rover was entered at Tesco, Thorne Road, and damage caused to the steering.

22nd February 2012 - Patrols were conducted in the area by PCSO Fletcher and PCSO Turton, nothing untoward was seen or heard by the officers.  No reports were received.

23rd February 2012 - PCSO Turton and PCSO Fletcher conducted high visibility patrols in the area, a Range Rover driver was advised as the vehicle was locked & secure on the drive and the lights had been left turned on, nothing further was seen or reported.

24-25th February 2012 -PC Satterley, PCSO Fletcher and PCSO Turton carried out foot and mobile patrols in the locality during the day and evening period. No incidents were reported.

26 & 27 February 2012 - Members of the Armthorpe Safer Neighbourhood Team conducted patrols in the area, Doncaster Council Neighbourhood Response Team were also present in the area, nothing seen or heard, no incidents were reported.

28th February 2012 - PCSO Fletcher and PCSO Turton carried out foot and mobile patrols in the locality during the day and evening period. No incidents were reported.

29th February 2012 - PCSO Fletcher and PCSO Turton carried out foot patrols of the locality during the day today. PTR scrap yard was visited and checked, a burglary had just been discovered by staff members. A large quantity of metal had been stolen. Plain clothes officers patrolled the locality overnight. A number of addresses were visited where known criminals currently live, to check on their movements and deter offending.

1st March 2012 - PCSO Fletcher and PCSO Turton carried out foot and mobile patrols in the locality during the day and evening period. No incidents were reported.

2nd March 2012 - PCSO Turton and PC Satterley carried out patrols of the area today. Checks were made for vulnerable vehicles. No incidents were reported or discovered. Local scrap yards were visited and stock inspected.

3rd March 2012 - PCSO Turton and PC Satterley carried out foot and mobile patrols in the locality today. 3 vulnerable vehicles were noted and their owners advised. No other incidents were reported or discovered. Doncaster Council Neighbourhood Response Team also patrolled during the 24 hour period.

4th March 2012 - PC Satterley patrolled the locality this afternoon and into the evening. No issues were reported or discovered.

5th-6th March 2012 - Doncaster Council Neighbourhood Response Team patrolled during this period. No incidents were reported or discovered.

7th March 2012 - PC Satterley, PCSO Turton and PCSO Fletcher patrolled the locality this afternoon and into the evening. No incidents were reported. Checks were made of locations for previous offences and known offenders living locally.
