24/09/09. Refuse found dumped on Sheepwash Lane, evidence within has led to DMBC enforcement team dealing with a suspect from the Bircotes area.
25/09/09. Area patrolled during evening shift.
29/09/09. Further refuse found deposited evidence suggests that a suspect resides in the Rossington area and the matter has been referred to the DMBC enforcement team.
2/10/09. Area patrolled during evening shift.
13/10/09. Area patrolled during evening shift, small amounts of waste found, DMBC aware.
25&26/10/09. Area visited by Neighbourhood response team (NRT) 6 bags of rubbish found.
28/10/09. Full length of lane checked and all clear of dumped refuse.
2/11/09. Lane checked and household items such as sofa, bed etc found dumped, DMBC F.L.A.G. informed and refuse to be removed within 48hrs.
3/11/09. Area visited early evening, no new deposits of refuse found.

09/11/09 area patrolled nothing found

22/12/09 Patrols conducted in the area by officers from DMBC, no evidence of fly tipping at this time.
