ASB FIRES IN THE GRIMETHORPE AREA. AGREED AT THE PACT MEETING OCTOBER 12TH. The areas highlighted are Acorn Way, Burntwood road, Cemetery Road, Cloister Way, Engine Lane, High Street, Kingsway and Park Spring road.
13th October - Cudworth SNT officers attend two incidents of nuisance youths and fires to rear of ASDA/Millennium Green,Grimethorpe. Youths responsible scattered on officers arrival. South Yorkshire Fire attended and extinquished fires. Youths in close area details taken and advised to move from area for evening.
14th October - Joint patrol conducted in the Grimethorpe area by South Yorkshire Police and South Yorkshire Fire. No incidents.
15th October - Cudworth SNT officers patrolled all the parks in Grimethorpe. No incidents were reported throughout the evening.
19th October - Joint patrol conducted in the Grimethorpe area by South Yorkshire Police and South Yorkshire Fire. No incidents.
21st October - Cudworth SNT officers patrolled all the parks in Grimethorpe. No incidents were reported throughout the evening. Information is recieved in regards to a male at Grimethorpe being responsible for a large amount of the fires. Intelligence submitted and the youth to be visited.
22nd October - Joint patrol conducted in the Grimethorpe area by South Yorkshire Police and South Yorkshire Fire. No incidents.
23rd October - Officers attend to a bin fire in the millenium park, Grimethorpe. No youths present upon arrival. Bin fire extinquished by South Yorkshire Fire.
24th October - Cudworth SNT officers patrolled all the parks in Grimethorpe. No incidents were reported throughout the evening.
26th October - Cudworth SNT attended three different fires in the grimethorpe area in various parks. No youths present upon arrival. South Yorkshire Fire attend and extinquish the fires.
28th October - Joint patrol conducted in the Grimethorpe area by South Yorkshire Police and South Yorkshire Fire. Two youths were given Fixed penalty notices for throwing fireworks in a road.
31st October - Joint patrol conducted in the Grimethorpe area by South Yorkshire Police and South Yorkshire Fire. No incidents.

FPNs- 1 x throwing firework, 1 x possess adult firework, 1 x supply minor with alchohol. PACE 9/RJ - possess firework PACE1 s - 38 Stop and accounts - 22 Grimethorpe,12 Cudworth, 2 x Shafton, 4 x Brierley Vehicles 171 warning - 3 x grimethorpe, 2 x Brierley Quantity fireworks seized. 12 x lighters + tobacco + cannabis seized. Alcohol seized - 2 bottle wine and 18 cans lager on different dates. ASB letters - 18 25 NIRS Sec 30 dispersals - 12 Shafton Park 1/11 8 x Cudworth 3/11 13 x Cudwoth 4/11 1 Brierley Rd 4/11 12 x Grimethorpe 4/11 Fires - dramatically reduced only 3 in last two weeks.
