The PACT (Partners And Communities Together) meeting for your area is held Alternatively on the first Thursday of the month from 6pm to 7pm in The TARA Building, Unity Gardens, Ecclesfield or Grenoside Community Centre, Main Street, Grenoside. This is your chance to meet members of your local safer neighbourhood team and discuss issues that concern you about the area in which you live, and be a part of the tasking process for both the Police, and our partners who are also invited to the meeting to discuss issues that may not be a Policing matter.

Ecclesfield Park, Scholes View, Sycamore Rd & Primrose Drive: Anti Social Behaviour & Criminal Damage.
This priority was agreed at the Crime and Community Safety meeting on 1st June 2010 and again on 7th July 2010.
Fridays/Saturdays/Sundays between the hours of 19:00 and 01:00hrs.
Both Police officers & PCSOs have completed over five hours worth of high visibility patrols in the area.This has hopefully given more reassurance to the community.
Both Sheffield Homes & the Police are working together gathering evidence for Anti-social Behaviour Orders for a number of youths in the area.
From Wednesday 14/07/10 to Wednesday 21/07/10, Police officers & PCSO's conducted foot patrols in the area. We have been stopping and engaging with any groups of youths in the area. If any of the youths have been causing anti-social behaviour we have been taking their details and starting the process with Parent Advisory Letters, which are the warnings before Anti-social Behaviour Contracts.
Officers attended the Junior PACT meeting at Ecclesfield school. A letter drop around Ecclesfield & house to house questionaires filled in regarding priorities in the Neighbourhood.
Operation K Track is a joint initiative with Burngreave SNA concentrating on gennels running between the common and high greave leading down to Hartley Brook. This operation also covers Ecclesfield Park and surrounding areas. This is the help tackle the problems with anti-social behaviour.
Local residents who visited Morrisons supermarket on the 11/06/10 may have noticed the large mobile police station and AA van in the carpark. This is a joint operation with SYP and the AA to promote number plate security and prevent the theft of number plates from your vehicle. The AA, totally free of charge, will fit specially designed screws to the number plate which make them extremaly difficult to steal without breaking them. If you see the AA in the carpark of your local supermarket they will be happy to help.

The Youth Offending Service have agreed to work with South Yorkshire Police and the Revitalising Ecclesfield Park Group to use the children and young people who have offended to assist in the clean-up of the park area.
In relation to the address where officers discovered a cannabis cultivation facility, enquiries are still on-going.
