Both Police officers & PCSOs have completed a large amount of high visibility patrols in your area. A sign has been put up on Yew Lane to notify drivers if they are driving above the speed limit or under. Traffic officers have been notified of this problem road.
As a result of a Council meeting in March 2012 attended by Inspector Mouzer and Safer Neighbourhood Officer Lisa Casey about the issue of speeding on Yew Lane and Wheel Lane Ecclesfield, speeding in this location is now a top priority for the SNA and further requests have been made to Camera Partnerships and the Road Policing Group for additional patrols.
