28/04/2010 - 6.20pm - large group of youths spoken to at atterby, all well behaved using the facilities correctly, no issues

28/04/2010 - 7.50pm - Incident phoned in re Atterby, police attend and speak to and advise a number of local youths

29/04/2010 - Patrols carried out throughout the shift at all sites, no issues

05/05/2010 - Incident reported at Atterby, police attend, no issues at the time

12/05/2010 - Patrolled all sites throughout the shift, no issues

 14/05/2010 – All of the play areas patrolled throughout the evening. Apart from a small group of 11 year olds using the Atterby Drive play area for the right reasons, no issues to report

24/05/2010 - Retained at PACT meeting at Brodsworth Way.

24/05/2010 - 1500 hours, patrolled by DMBC, no issues at this time, no litter

25/05/2010 - 0830 hours, partrolled by DMBC, no issues, no litter

25/05/2010 - Several patrols in the area, particular attention paid to Atterby Drive, several groups spoken to but causing no problems. The area of drug use which was highlighted in the PACT meeting was pointed out by some of the youths.

26/05/2010 - 1330 hours, patrolled by DMBC no issues

26th and 27th - Patrols conducted in the parks on both evenings, no issues to report.

27/05/2010 - 0900 hours, patrolled by DMBC, gate found left open, locked by patrolling officer

28/05/2010 - 1855 hours, patrolled by DMBC, 8 youths spoken to, though not causing any issues. Short patrol in the wooded area resulted in several needles being cleared up. On returning to the play area, a small group of youths were seen pushing a trolley which they were made to take back.

03/06/2010 - Evening patrol conducted at the park, no youths reported at all.

04/06/2010 - Evening patrol conducted, number of youths present who were using the park for correct purposes, no issues.

07/06/2010 - 4pm - Community safety wardens visit a member of the public who is having problems with youths coming to and from the play area.

5pm - Play area visited by CSW, no youths present, although on leaving the park a group of youths approached the park but were not causing any ASB

7.50pm - CSW visited park, no youths present

21/06/2010 - Police attend following a call from a member of the public, a group of youths spoken to at the park.

22/06/2010 - Patrols throughout the evening, no issues

30/06/2010 - Following a call from a member of the public, officers attended and took a quantity of alcohol from a group of youths.

30/06/2010 - Report from a member of the public about a nuisance motoryclist. Warning issued under the police reform act.

03/07/2010 - Cycle patrols conducted, park not in use at that time (8pm)

07/07/2010 - Patrols conducted in the park, and a group of youths advised about noise

08/07/2010 - Patrols conducted in the area of the park by officers from the police and DMBC, no issues.

19/07/2010 - Patrols conducted in the park, a number of youths were spoken to in the park, however, the youths were using the park for legitimate purpose and there were no issues.

21/07/2010 - Patrols conducted in the park, however, due to heavy rain there were no youths present.

30/07/2010 - Patrols conducted in the park through the night, no youths or issues present.

10/08/2010 - Park patrolled at 8.30pm, no one present

11/08/2010 - Officers from the safer neighbourhood team attended Atterby Park at 1800hrs and 2030hrs where a few teenagers aged 12-14yrs were playing, after speaking to them, officers were happy that there were no issues.  Officers then continued to patrol  into the woods and found evidence of drug taking. DMBC have been contacted to clean up the area, and patrols will continue.

12/08/2010 - Patrols conducted in the park by DMBC staff, no issues reported

13/08/2010 - Patrols conducted in the park by DMBC staff, no youths present.

16/08/2010 - Patrol conducted by DMBC staff at 2.30pm, no issues at that time

19/08/2010 - Morning inspection conducted by DMBC staff, it was noted that some carpet at the base of the swings has been ripped up. This has been reported.

 20/08/2010 - Foot Patrol conducted by the Neighbourhood Response Team at 9pm, No children/youths were on the park at that time.

26/08/2010 - 9pm, patrols conducted within the park, nobody present.

 01/09/2010- 1800 door to door on the "Attberby estate" in regards to antisocail behaviour.

02/09/2010- 1800 Community meeting for residents of "Atterby Estate" at Brodsworth Way community centre.
