W/C Mon 2 Aug, SNT officers carried out patrols in the area each evening this week. We also assisted the Rotherham United community sports coaches at events in Ferham park for children. A serious assault took place this week, officers from your SNT, Main Street police station and the South Yorkshire Police Task Force carried out all night patrols in and around the area.
W/C Mon 9th Aug the police prescence in the area continues officers from Snt and other teams are carrying out patrols daily. on Thursday 12th a "walkabout" with the local ambition project was conducted, afterwhich there was a meeting of the "Ferham forward" community group at BirchPark Court, during this meeting officers attended an address on Belmont St to investigate an incident, our patrols will continue. On Sunday 15th a nuisance motorcycle operation was conduucted in the Rotherham North area, 1 male was arrested for driving whilst disqualified, "OPL" and theft 2 admin 171's were issued and 1 admin 172.
W/C Mon 16 Aug Patrols continue, there have been a couple of minor neighbour disputes which have been dealt with by officers.
W/C Mon 23 Aug, It was agreed at the PACT meeting on 24 Aug to extend this PACT area. Our patrols continue, from the SNT standpoint there has been nothing significant to report this week.

W/C Mon 13th Sept, Area patrol's been conducted by local SNT and NPG officers, Local SNT walkabout with local residents, Street wardens, Area Assembly and Local Ambitions Co-Ordinater.
W/C Mon 20th Sept patrlos by officers continue and the weekly Wednesday walkabout is attended by staff from other agencies and members of our community. The majority of problems uncovered relate to "rubbish" issues with a number of issues around noisey neighbours.
W/C Mon 27th Sept It was agreed at the PACT meeting on Tuesday that our current PACT priority areas will remain unchanged. over the weekend an incident occurred on Belmont between neighbours which was dealt with by officers from Main St. Patrols by local SNT officers are ongoing.
W/c 4th Oct there was an incident on 3rd between neighbours on Belmont St an Josephne Rd 1 male was assaultyed, this male has now left the area enquiries continue. A young woman Laura Wilson went Missing over the weekend of 9th and 10th October, if you have any information as to her whereabouth please contact South Yorkshire police on 0114 2202020.
W/C Mon 11th Oct Property believing to belong to the missing woman was found, this led to the discovery of 17-year-old Laura Wilson’s body in the Sheffield and South Yorkshire Navigation Canal near Steel Street on Tuesday afternoon, 12 October. She had previously been reported missing on Saturday, 9 October. Four people, – a 17-year-old male and three other men aged 22, 26 and 44-years-old, all from the local area – were arrested on suspicion of murder and have been assisting police as part of their ongoing investigation
Detective Superintendent Mick Mason, leading the murder investigation, said: “I’m keen for anyone who witnessed any suspicious activity around Steel Street in Rotherham to come forward, particularly between Saturday evening, 9 October, and Tuesday afternoon, 12 October.”
Anyone with information should contact the incident room on 01709 443533. Witnesses can also contact Crimestoppers anonymously on 0800 555 111. Members of the publis will have noticed a great deal of police activity in the area. Police enquiries into this matter continue.
W/C Mon 18th Oct South Yorkshire police officers have spent time on patrol all week speaking with residents our patrols will continue. A "witness appeal" took place on Saturday evening between 8.00PM and 1.00 AM Sunday morning, CID joined officers from your SNT on foot in the area.
W/C Mon 25th Nov Patrols by your Local SNT officers are being maintained, there are no incidents to report, we believe this is due to the prescence of officers in the area.

W/C Mon 6th Dec The remaining Ice especially on Josephine Rd has been a bit of a problem, affecting our patrols, however, we have patroled and again this week there is nothing to report. The team also this week carried out "pub checks" we visited 3 public houses in the area carrying a "test purchace" operation, all three pubs visited "failed" selling alcohol to underage people.
W/C Mon 13th Dec The patrols in the area continue, there is nothing to report however officers from the SNT carried out licensing checks in the area this week 9 pubs were visited, we found no "underage drinking" but 7 of the 9 public houses visited FAILED the "drug swipe" test, this information is reportead to the police licensing department.
W/C Mon 20th Dec. the area has been in the press over the christmas period, with coverage of an incident Masborough St. Our patrols in and around the area are on-going, we have nothing to report this week. Officers from your SNT did however staff a "public order van" on Boxing day night
W/C Mon 27th Dec. Monday and Tuesday this week your SNT staff were off so the area was covered by staff from Main St police station, officers resumed duty on Wednesday 29th and carried out patrols on foot around the area. Officers also worked a "public order van" on New years eve
W/C Mon 3rd Jan 2011 Staff from your local SNT worked "afternoons" this week, carying out patrols both on foot and in vehicles in the area. There are no incidents of note to report
W/C Mon 10th Jan. Staff from your local SNT continue to patrol the area. We have had a number if incidents of "racially motivated" abuse reported in recent weeks. Be under no illusion we take these reports very seriously and are taking steps to deal with the offenders.
W/C Mon 17th Jan. Enquiries into the incidents last week are on-going. The area is continuing to receive attention from both SNT and staff from Main St. On Wednesday evening the team investigating the incident at the canal carried out an operation that required the bottom of Psalters Lane to be closed for 3 hours.
W/C Mon 24th Jan together with RMBC we have held an "Impact week" with officers from the SNT accompanied by RMBC staff have been in the area all week. On Friday at 1pm at the REACH centre an event was held for community members to come along and meet officers and staff. Our patrols and enquiries into local incidents are on-going.

W/C Non 21st Feb Patrols are on-going, a "joint community, Rmbc and Police" Walkabout was held on Thursday 24th after which a meeting with the local community group was held at Birchpark court. There are no Issues to report.
W/C Mon 28th Feb 1 Arrest on warrant from Cavendish Rd. Patrols continue by local SNT. PCSO Taylor is in the process of trying to fund a interpreter for the local community to build closer relationships with families within the area.

W/C Mon 18 July patrols by SNT staff continue. On Wednesday 20th July a serious incident took place on Pitt St, officers from your SNT attended, a number of people were arrested. If anyyone has any information regarding this incident please ring your local SNT on 01709 832392.

WC Mon 1st Aug a number of incients of metal theft have been reported. We would ask the local residents to be vigilant with regard to this matter and report any suspicious incident to South Yorkshire Police, our patrols continue.

W/C Mon 12th Sept. Nothing to report this week althouth the PACT meeting was held at Rotherham Town Hall on Tuesday 13th. It was agreed to retain Richnond Park Rd and Ferham as PACT priority areas. At the meeting, the Wingfield shops off Ochre Dyke Walk were also adopted as a priority area.

W/C Mon 14th Nov there are no issues to repoert again this week. The Laura Wilson trial commenced on Tueday 15th with officers from the SNT being in attendance each day. Our patrols around the area are on-giong.
W/C Mon 21st Nov. The Trial continues staff from the SNT have attended each day. The only issue in the area is focused on nuisance youths in and around Ferham Park on Tuesday and Wednesday evenings after the RUFC football and dance sessions. staff from the team are dealing with this.
W/C Mon 28th Nov The trial concluded this week, a verdict of "not guilty" was reached. Staff from the team have continued to patrol your area and there are no issues to reprot.
W/C Mon 5th Dec there are no Issues to report. Officers form your SNT have joined officers from around the district on Operation Outlaw in the run-up to the holiday period the Patrols are taking in all areas.

W/C Mon 26th Dec. We have benefited from a quiet festive period, as a conciquence there is nothing to report
W/C Mon 2nd Jan 2012 there is nothing to report for the new year period. Work has commenced on the "compound" at the top of Belmont St. The development of this compound will hopefully have an effect on the amount of "rubbisg" being dumped in this location. Officers from the SNT and Main Street will be checking this compound.
W/C Mon 9th Jan there are no incidents to report this week. Some residents may have noticed a camera mounted to a Lampost at the bottom Of Hartington Rd. this camera is being monitored by SNT staff.
