The key times are 18hrs onwards and sporadic throughout the week.
Minor Instances of ASB are occurring on most evenings. Some groups *third party information* are smoking cannabis around the communal entrances to the flats on Jennings Close off Eldon Road. We have increased foot patrols by all officers. During the last period South Yorkshire Police have carried out operation 'Coverage' on numerous occassions. This was a multi agency approch towards tackling incidents of anti-social behaviour. The work involves working with social services and the youth services to provide outreach to vulnerable children who are loitering on street corners late at night.
