Lots of youths loitering around the Residential Care Home during the evenings. Youths are playing football in the rear carpark and generally causing a nuisance.

We did:
Officers have carried out high visibility foot patrols in the area. A meeting has been arranged with local residents, local elected members and the Police to re-evaluate and develop an action plan to sustain the current progress. CCTV has been adapted and enhanced to provide better coverage of the main areas of concern. Youth services are also involved to provide diversionary activities with SNT staff and the young people in question.
