what issues concerned you most in your area
Youths are congregating on the sports field to the rear of Fernleigh Drive, Brinsworth. They are drinking alcohol and throwing things at houses resulting in damage.
Problem Solving Plan:
- High visibility foot patrols with police and PCSOs
- Invite local residents to take part in Operation Coverage.
- Involve 2010 in removing rubbish and litter left by those discarding cans and bottles in the hedges and field
- Research previous reports of damage to make sure all lines of enquiry have been followed to identify offenders
- Contact and work with the Phoenix Sports and Social Club to explore any opportunities to reduce anti social behaviour and damage
- Make regular contact with repeat victims of anti social behaviour and damage to offer reaassurance and to make sure that all lines of enquiry have been followed to identify offenders.

21/5/10 - High visability car patrol from 6-10pm. No youths, issues or complaints to note.
from the week commencing 17th may, High visibility patrols have been carried out within the area of concern. on most evenings the playing fields are well used by local rugby, football and cricket teams. These various groups have been approached and the problems discussed with each during their training or matches. The area of concern has been quiet with no probelms with youths drinking or being anti social. there was one incident near to the PACT area where an amount of alcohol was confiscated from a group of male and female teenagers who stated they were heading for the PACT area. As stated the alcohol was seized, their details taken and a visit to their parents will be made.
25-05-2010: Whilst out on Anti-Social behaviour patrol we have not come into contact with any young people. We searched the nearby fields still no young people present. We were not made aware of any calls received about problems in this area tonight, therefore not responded to any incidents.

02/06/10 Car patrol throughout the evening on the Anti-Social Behaviour car, 6-10pm. Numerous patrols around the housing estate and the Golf Club, no youths in the area.
03/06/10 High Visability car patrol in the area from 6-10pm. No reports and any incidents of anti-social behaviour
07/06/10 No reports of nuisance youths in the area throughout the evening
08/06/10 No reports of nuisance youths in the area throughout the evening
At the PACT meeting held in Treeton on 14.6.10, it was agreed by the public that issues at this location were no longer a problem and that the priority could be discharged.
