Nuisance Youths, Excessive Noise, Litter & Criminal Damage
Large amount of youths gathering around the front and rear of the shopping area. These are causing noise, litter, ASB, damage & intimidation to local residents. Several youths are on skate boards, bicycles and scooters riding in and out of traffic and into the shops.
